I think he would be a nice addition to the interior of the line, if he leaves. He could split time with chapman and we could have a formidable rotation of NTs. Another scenario is we move one of them to DE and have to run stoppers play. With this year's deep NT class he could fall to us.

Louis Nix is the 2nd best NT prospect in this draft if he comes out, right below Star.

I don't, and that's not a knock on Hankins. Nix is that good. I'd say wait and see, but it'll probably be a moot point since Louis is only a redshirt sophomore and will likely return to ND.

Regardless we wont be getting Nix anyway and it has nothing to do with his ability, he looks great at times and may be a great player in the NFL but we have 4 Nose Tackles as is and right now 1 is on IR(Although when healthy he did not look that good consistently and even looked down right bad at times), 1 other hasn't even played a Down yet. Im sure NT in the first round is the furthest thing from Arians (By that time Paganos) mind
My guess is however we will have 3 Nose Tackles come training camp next year

If I was going to go Nose Tackle I sure wouldn't do it early this year anyway with all our other needs, I would draft Geathers in the 4th if he is still around. we should be focusing on OLB, O Line and maybe another WR
