I realized I had that game saved to my DVR (it was Luck's first meaningful game), but I deleted it the other day for obvious reasons. If you had asked this question a week ago, I would have been able to help you out. Sorry.

Hank Baskett couldn't catch a cold if he was injected with the flu.

Nope, I don't even think he's on the PS. Weslye Saunders is his replacement.

Dominique Jones?

Yep, it was 'nique! First play. Couldn't believe he'd go down in history as the 1st completion, knowing he'd probably not be a Colt for more than 2-3 weeks. Avery was 1st TD.

20 years from now this will be a trivial pursuit question

Avery was his first TD.

The above users have it correct. In the NFL.com game summary, you can see that his first completion was:
(13:08) 12-A.Luck pass short right to 46-D.Jones to CHI 42 for 8 yards (55-L.Briggs).
When Bob Sanders executes a push up, he does not push himself up. He pushes the world down.
When Bob Sanders was 12, a cobra bit him in the leg. After 4 days of excruciating pain, the cobra died.
Tom Brady can throw a football pretty far. Bob Sanders can throw Tom Brady even farther.
