I said this last week and someone said no way take a player from his college, think Boise
Thats 2 phenomenal weeks in a row now of over 200 yards and he can score long TD or runs in chunks and change field position with just 1 run

I will delete this when the new Colts win a Super Bowl.

They took Clady from Boise in the first not long ago.
Didnt know that but that was the answer I got when I first suggested this, just cant find where and in what thread it was to respond back to whomever said it
Can u imagine him & McGahee
Denver 1st pick switched with Pats who picked Hightower & then with Tampa who picked martin & according to experts Denver lost value in way they evaluate draft pick order too with those 2 trades,
anyone but brock with that 2nd pick to help the win now stated goal would of been better, i do understand potential for future but picked him a round early in value and if Peyton goes down , thats no plan B, just a future hope yes but u declare win now draft before the draft and then pick Brock with your second pick left me confusing
Denvers Play action would be devastating and Martins running / catching / blocking ability provides game changing results to go with it

I'm glad Martin didn't get drafted by Denver, He would be playing backup to McGahee and he wouldn't be getting these touches he is getting in TB. Dude is going to be a stud, I would have hated to see him waste half his career away sitting behind someone, kind of like what happened to Turner in SD.
Dont think would be half career once showed his stuff , plus McGahee is aging , u still will have to replace him, HILLMAN DOESNT APPEAR THE ANSWER, there really isnt a true # 2 back
Of course we are all speculating

Manning doesn't need a RB, didn't you learn anything in his time with the Colts?

Of course I know that, he sells play action no matter what as teams know he will still hand off and they have to be ready
But Elways wins in SB came with TD running
He knows importance of a dual threat, and with Mcgahees age , thats why i am suprised

As a Willis McGahee owner in FF, I would have been opposed to that in hindsight.
one talking fantasy, i am talking reality
Then again i don't play in any fantasy leagues , just want Peyton to win a SB or 2 & then Luck win multiple
Now Denver has to stop this suddenly power Martin led offense of Tampa bay & ravens and Panthers will be tough , getting better weekly
