Let's hope MJD doesn't play. We cant overestimate them like last time.

“There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man ... a
dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the
middle ground between light and shadow, between science and
superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit

If not for that stupid blown coverage against them, we would be 6-2 right now. I think we'll be out for some serious revenge.

MJD is out from what I've read. He was on crutches at today's game.

The Jaguars got lucky last time, it came to missed field goals and the replacement refs were not helpful either. This game will be different, the Colts are going into this game looking for revenge. Still think it will be a shoot out like this last game, but the Colts still win 34-28.

Even if we have guys out with injury (and we always do and we know Vontae/Fleener are already out) we are better then week 3. Luck is better. This offense is better.

And without MJD (I can't seem him playing since I hear he was on crutches) there goes the man on that team outside the kicker who owns our souls. Even if MJD made a miraculous appearance he is not healthy. He was not healthy word was at the end of the 2010 season either and he didn't go wild on us in the must win game we had in Indy.

May the odds be ever in the Colts favor.

Seems like a dumb question, but will the game be aired locally? NFL Network has exclusivity on it right, but do they still air the game locally as well?

Baby steps. We got a road win. These divisional games are tough. We laid an egg vs. the Jets but after seeing the Bears this season I don't think that is very telling for us in week 1. That D for them is fierce.

May the odds be ever in the Colts favor.

The thing that sucks is the home team often is favored in these TNF games but we have such momentum right now I don't think it bothers me.

We must win this game. Glad it happens on a short week too so we can carry this momentum early on there. We already played them so the team has a great idea on the game plan already but our offense is much better then week 3.

May the odds be ever in the Colts favor.

It will be on WTHR just not the pregame show.

This is a huge game for us. A chance to go 6-3. Jags always play the Colts tough regardless so it will not be easy. Still the Jags represent a winnable game for us. We can't let this one slip away.

This.

6-3 is the teams goal but I am sure they will enjoy being 5-3 for at least tonight!! We have some serious mo right now so this needs to carry on.

Only way we can lose is if we beat our young selves. We need to think 6-3 & that this is the biggest game of the season.

Yep big big game. But, we do say it's the biggest game every week almost it seems.

That is what I love. Every week is HUGE. We are almost developing a Cinderella season before our very eyes. I hope it keeps going.

absolute must-win.....if we lose, we've blown the ground we gained againt Miami...

we'll be shorthanded....significantly.

You are right...We'll need Luck and the offense to put up extra numbers

Even though they got the win, Packers were really upset last week that they played down to the jags level. We can't afford to do that.

With Thursday Night games, both teams are generally very vanilla in their game plans because of the short prep week. Arians has a good system in place and is finding a good groove. I think our offense handles their business just fine this game. The defense needs to force turnovers.

WELCOME HOME CHUCK!!!

If we can go 6-3 then just think about the the other winnable games this year. Titans, Bills, at home Chiefs away and Texans week 17 if they already have a playoff bye/home field advantage. 9-7/10-6 isn't looking too impossible. Either way I'm not complaining, one more win and we already eclipse my pre-season record prediction.

that is so exaggerated. a new roster got blown out in the first game of the season by one of the best teams in the league...and i doubt the home crowd would of slow down the jets run game...which was aided by a slew of injuries.

I know the jags play us tough every single game no matter what... But the colts are due to blow someone out. I feel our stride is coming. This offense can play lights out. We played extremely well against an very underrated dline today. It's time to tear the jags D to shreds. Then weve got 10 days to prepare ourselves to keep up with the patriots at their house... I'm pumped!

This team has all the momentum and believes they can win. They Jags have neither right now. I think we win, but closer than the experts think.

You make a good point BC..

There was no reason for anyone to believe we'd make the playoffs after 3 weeks (and duing the entire off-season)

I'm sure our players will say that no one believed in them but the truth is: They didnt believe it either.....It made no sense..we were a make-shift team

But the wins over GB and Miami at home....

...a sober mind can see Indy in the post-season ..and now....the older players with playoff experience remmebr hpw to jack up the imntensity a nothc whne the finsih line is in sight..

...we are going to be glad we kept Freeney and Mathis and Reggie

It's time to snap our three game losing streak to the Jags and by the way since the NFL made Thursday Night football a regular part of the NFL schedule the Colts are 5-0 on it (they beat the Falcons in 07, Jags in 08, Jags in 09, Titans 10, Texans 11).
Thank You Peyton! I look forward to the day you come home and we get to do this good bye thing right!

I know it was a garbage time come back but the Colts were an onside kick away from having a chance to beat New England last year. I know most (myself included) would be SHOCKED if they won up there but hey stranger things have happened. With that said let's beat the Jags first!

Ease up guys! I'm keen on gettin' 6th win and revenge over Jax, but...we gave 8 injured players.
Satle is substitued by Shipley well, but Avery and Mathis are already out, I think. One of our best defensive player and one of Luck's most productive (and dangerous) weapons.

IMO this gonna be a struggle again, however I think our D is effective against run, and Gabbert won't throw an other 80 yds TD pass in the next decade again.

But the Jags have been just as horrid at home. And, MJD will miss, I believe. We're missing some components but avenge the defeat we suffered at home earlier this year.

{It would look bad for Jags only to wins to both be VS. us...}

"As much as people talk about his football IQ, I think it's still underestimated. I've never met a guy like Andrew Luck at this stage of the game.”
