Happy Saint Martins Day my friend...All Hungarian food is good...at least what my grandma used to make is..hopefully someday I can visit Budapest, and trace some of my roots...ENJOY!

I hope You can do it some day. St. Martin's day is somewhat similar to Thanksgiving day, however lost it's importance. It is just filtrating back to everyday, however will remain a gastronomy-like event. (Like having goose and Beaujolais).
