If you haven't read the story on Colts rookie O-lineman Hugh Thornton, you should make your way on over to Indystar.com and read the front page article on him and his journey to the NFL: http://www.indystar....reach-NFL  When the Colts initially made this pick, I really didn'...

Mr. Ersay helping a bar ?

Posted by Mark Tomlinson in Mark Tomlinson's Blog, 07 May 2013 - - - - - - · 207 views

I think at Mr, Erasy  helping a bar on the north side of Indianapolis only helps the bar owner. NOT the people of Indianapolis. The bar was going under because of the hard times that are still upon most of us in the city. I can't go out and spend money at a bar let a lone one on the north side of the city. The north side 96 st. and up are all about the el...

Colts Legacy - Full Circle

Posted by SOMDColtsfan in SOMDColtsfan's Blog, 06 May 2013 - * * * * * · 416 views

I havent attended many NFL Colts football games in my life, actually only 5 in total. One long ago in Baltimore(as the Colts) vs the Bengals, one in Baltimore vs the Ravens, two in Washington vs the Skins and one in Indy vs the Bears. But that doesnt tell the whole story. I watch this team on a daily basis grow, make changes, adapt, work hard, grinding it...

The Great Escape

Posted by YellScreamGoColts in YellScreamGoColts' Blog, 05 May 2013 - - - - - - · 230 views

The Great Escape The great escape, that is what I like to refer to the NFL as..  I am a die hard Colts fan through and through, I practically bleed blue..  I also have a debilitating illness.  75 percent of my day is spent in pain or some form of agony..  I recently filed for disability and was told that I act entirely to pleasant to be in the sort of pain I describe..  S...

New Jerseys

Does anyone else agree with me when I say it would be nice to see the Colts in some redefined new jersey... Still love the originals, but some new fits would be nice... GO COLTS!!!

Colts trade Jerry Hughes for Kelvin Sheppard

Posted by optimusprimetime in optimusprimetime's Blog, 30 April 2013 - * * * * * · 774 views

Colts got rid of Jerry Hughes in a usually rare player for player trade, I thought he improved quite a bit last year.....With the addition of Werner he becomes expendable,  I thought it was funny NFL.com was saying Bills got a explosive situational pass rusher and the Colts got more size.  Sheppard is 6-2 244 and Hughes is 6-2 254 Sheppard is technically...

Colts Marketing

The Colts draft was.......................

Posted by COLTS7 in COLTS7's Blog, 28 April 2013 - - - - - - · 498 views

#1. Bjoern Werner-DE/OLB-FSU-6'4-275-4.7
Born in Germany, has only played football for 5 years and his upside in unlimited. All -American, was 2nd in the nation with 13 sacks, was predicted to go as high as #2-overall, before a slow 40  time at the combines dropped his stock ( Trying to stop laughing-the good teams just sit back and wait for the "other" t...

Putting my toe in the water

Putting my toe in the water Bjoern Werner, DE from Florida State

He's as fundamentally sound as any player in this draft and should start from Day One. Werner should be drafted no later than the top 10.    â€” Jimmy O'Brien, Optimum Scouting

This kid will be special, he's very football smart and has natural ability. You will find him in the right place most of the time, and he has...

Ridiculous

Posted by Bluedevil20 in Bluedevil20's Blog, 27 April 2013 - * - - - - · 679 views

This has to be the most disappointing draft in the history of my Indianapolis colts, first round pick was not what we needed, has anyone noticed that we can only shut down one side of the field because we only have one LD corner? We need a LOCKDOWN corner not another defensive end. I understand we parted ways with freeney because we need to think about th...

Colts Draft Bjeorn Werner

Posted by Coltsfan05 in WHAT DO U THINK?, 25 April 2013 - - - - - - · 1669 views

And the Colts stay safe by drafting DL Bjeorn Werner out of FSU. A great pickup and in my opinion, the best DL in the draft. I was leaning toward Xavier Rhodes out of FSU, but Grigson went safe and addressed a hole in the defense. he is a big, strong man who can wreak havoc in the pocket. He is an overall great pick. This Colts team is going somewhere fol...

CORADELLE PATTERSON

Posted by amaxwellc in amaxwellc's Blog, 23 April 2013 - - - - - - · 260 views

We should draft W.R. Coradelle Patterson from Tennessee. I know we have depth at that position but this kids talent is through the roof. If it were up to me I would draft him, or i would steal Eddie Lacy R.B. from Alabama in the first round, seeing as though we have no 2nd round pick I say go big or go home.

My board would look like this for our first pi...

Bryian Banks just got out of prison and already the atlanta falcons are after him. it is said he has sign a contract with them and will compete on a place for the roster. will he make it  ?

thats a good question and only time will tell. but im sure there is a long list of nfl teams that will want him . he is very athletic and can run the 40 mil...

OK: Today is a new day. I went to a blood draw yesterday on a fasting blood draw. I did what I was told as usual and they could not draw blood. I drank 3 cups of water, sat 30 minutes...still no blood? I found out a couple of weeks ago I was heartless...now bloodless? I guess we have proven what we have known all along!! :)
