Colts/Jags-Colts get hot in Fla

Nothing like a game vs one of the leagues worst teams to make the sun look a little brighter, a very dominating first half, followed by a lets get this game over second half....it was a very good effort, all around, but until those kind of results come vs a team with a little more talent, not sure exactly how much it means

Offense:welcome back to elite Mr. Luck, after an inconsistent start to the season, Luck was clicking on all cylinders (31-39-370-4 TD's and most importantly...... ZERO interceptions, spreading the ball around, connecting with 9 different receivers, The tight ends were featured with a combined 11 receptions-102 yds and 2 TD's, Fleeners several drops (each game) are becoming a bit of a concern, he can really be a difference maker, with his speed, but always seem to have those drops. Wasn't expecting Moncreif to get this many reps, this early, with Reggie and Nicks (they combined for 8-112 -1 TD) being the "old reliables" he teams up with Hilton to bring explosiveness to the game and they are creative with his reps, Hilton had a big game, before leaving with an injury (they combined for 9-135) the Richardson/Bradshaw rotation is looking pretty dynamic, totaling 122 yds. Richardson ( no fumbles) has been the talk of the league for a while now, with his struggles and I know the jury is still out, but..................if he does produce like he was expected to when he was picked #3 overall, this offense can be LIGHTS OUT! The O-line was better than it was last week and has improved each week, the pass blocking has been the most glaring weakness and was solid today

Defense: When Chapman and Hughes were drafted, they both had high ceilings to be possible forces in the middle and I put very little stock in pre season stats, but (the undrafted) Kerr seems to be more of a playmaker. Walden had a really good game and has taken his game up a notch, Werner has been decent, it would be great if he could be more disruptive. Great game for Jackson, leading the way with 10 tackles, a forced fumble and a sack! Davis has been pretty much a shutdown CB, but wanted to get included in the no contact infractions today and Toler is a playmaker, giving us a very good duo and both had picks today, Toler getting a pick-six. The pressure was better today, but will be a challenge-all year. Nice game for Landry ( 5 tackles and a sack) the Jags were pretty much shut down in the first half with Henne in there, but Bortles lit them up with 223 yds in the second half (in mopup duty). With Mathis now out for the year, several players, each game have got to be difference makers, for this defense to be better, so far that hasn't happened

Special teams: Wow!! these units have been excellent to date, Adam and McAfee have been outstanding, the coverage units-very good, not much going on in the return game, as of yet

A win, is a win.....a very productive game, in many areas vs a not to good opponent. although there were many positives, the results in the second half were a bit lackluster, primarily the penalties...next up- another division game vs the Titans

Did not watch the game as it wasn't on national tv but with that final score our Colts were running on all cylinders!
